Reel Service and Repairs
A regular servicing programme is important to maintain performance and maximise the longevity of your fishing reels.
If you wish to return product for servicing and/or warranty assessment please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Reels can be returned direct to the Daiwa New Zealand for servicing. Alternatively your preferred Daiwa retailer will be able to facilitate this process for you. Please note proof of purchase will be required before accessing any product for warranty claims.
Step 2: Package your reel and send it to the address below. Please include any details and/or proof of purchase, remember to include your contact details and a return courier address. Keep a copy of your shipping tracking number just incase the parcel requires track & trace.

Step 3: Once your reel arrives at Daiwa it will be placed in the servicing queue. There may be a small delay prior to our technicians assessing the reel and providing a quote for repair. Quotes will be provided either by phone or email. Once the work is approved we can provide an invoice for payment or process payment over the phone.
Step 4: Once servicing has been completed your reel will be securely packaged and returned via an overnight courier. Tracking details will be available by request. Please note - delivery times may vary for rural addresses.
